Our Mission Statement
To provide affordable, comprehensive, culturally appropriate, cost effective primary health care to residents of the greater Southeastern Iowa region, especially those individuals/families with limited resources or with other barriers to health care, in order to improve their overall health status.

We believe quality health care should be affordable to all.
CHC/SEIA is a non-profit network of community health clinic sites providing high quality, affordable, primary health care to anyone regardless of age, race, nationality, income, employment, health insurance status or residency.
Community Health Centers of South East Iowa, Inc. (CHC/SEIA) is a nonprofit health care clinic guided by its mission statement to provide access to affordable, compassionate, high quality health care for all, while helping to improve the health of the area care is provided no matter what a person’s financial situation is. Both uninsured and insured patients are welcome.
CHC/SEIA offers the following health care services:

The concept of “Community” is the heart of our organization. CHC/SEIA is owned and operated by people living in our community. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals. We are also supported by grant funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Health Resources and Services Administration which makes it possible for us to offer financial assistance in the form of sliding fee discounts to low-income individuals.
