CHC/SEIA is a non-profit network of community health clinic sites providing high quality, affordable, primary health care to anyone regardless of age, race, nationality, income, employment, health insurance status or residency.
Hi! I’m Antonio Flores, CEO of Community Health Centers of South East Iowa, Inc. (CHC/SEIA). CHC/SEIA is a nonprofit health care clinic guided by its mission statement to provide access to affordable, compassionate, high-quality health care for all while helping to improve the health of the area. Care is provided no matter what a person’s financial situation is. Both uninsured and insured patients are welcome.
CHC/SEIA offers the following health care services:
24-hour provider on-call services for urgent/emergency-care needs.

As healthcare continues to evolve and change, CHC/SEIA’s vision to work together throughout our region and provide inclusive and comprehensive healthcare in the communities we serve is more important than ever. It has always been our mission to improve the health and promote the well-being of every person who seeks our services. But as populations shift, technology advances, and competition continues to emerge, we’re facing new challenges every day.
To rise above these challenges, it’s imperative that we leverage our unique strengths. We must continue to build upon the passion and dedication of our talented staff and the unmatched quality of the care we provide. Additionally, we must “work together” to take full advantage of the potential power of our entire system of healthcare facilities and professionals to deliver excellent care which is at the heart of CHC/SEIAs mission and vision.
As we move forward in the coming months and years, I’m excited to see how we all as a system come together to continue to provide the compassionate care we’re known for, while better utilizing the vast pool of talent and resources.
