General Questions

Is CHC/SEIA a free clinic?
No. You are responsible for a portion of the cost of care. However, no patient will be denied healthcare because they are unable to pay for their portion of the cost.
How are you able to help people with these costs?
CHC/SEIA receive a limited amount of federal funds to assist cover at fare cost of your care not covered by public/private insurance.
I can't afford medical or dental care
We are committed to providing medical and dental care for all those in need in our community. This includes the uninsured, the under insured, Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and private pay.
Are you hiring at any of your clinics?
We post career opportunities on our website as they become open.
If I am a CHC patient, can I visit any of your clinics?
Yes. We have an electronic health record system which allows us to receive information about your care digitally, and we can access your records from any of our clinics. However patients are strongly encouraged to establish on-going healthcare with a provider at one of our clinic sites.
